What is a Bovine Page?

When I created my first website back in 1995 or so, I created this little graphic. Animated gifs were all the rage then, and I decided this would be my logo. When I built my new site I decided to pull it out of the dustbins of my hard drive. The Bovine idea goes way back to 1982 or sooner. I don’t know why, but once upon a time a junior high school kid decided that oxen were going to be his symbol.
